General Counsel and Head of IP Licensing at Nucleus Software. Responsible for overall legal strategy and steering the Company towards newer age IP models and licensing practices. Nucleus launched its Cloud Services and Mobility suite offerings under her aegis. Lakshika has been instrumental in re-modeling and restructuring the company’s global legal operations and contracting processes. Besides advisory on multi-jurisdictional issues ranging from corporate to intellectual property rights, she has been instrumental in launching the first-ever offline digital cash solution and strategic IP investments in the form of acquisitions. She set up a 360 degree IP Licensing division at Nucleus Software and led the Company to manage and monetize its IP for unleashing a more significant, newer potential.
