He has 30yrs of experience in planning, designing and organizing training programme from Corporate level. The training programmes include all soft skills and technical programme. Besides this i am also responsible for identifying training needs, conducting action research, and evaluating HRD programme and interventions.
He holds Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD), Human Resources Management and Services, from Jamia Millia Islamia.
