B.B. Tandon, IAS was Chief Election Commissioner of India and India’s Election Commissioner. He served Himachal Pradesh in senior positions and was Secretary (Personnel) Govt. of India. He has been associated with national elections of Mauritius, Cambodia, Nigeria, Bangladesh and Maldives and is currently advising a number of countries and large companies.
